They are the best they came out to look at my problem then fixed the issue that day . Rain was on the way and they were out there in the dark repairing my roof so no additional damage would happen. I met Michael the owner of Wolfpack through a neighbor. We were talking about hail damaged roofs in our neighborhood. He recommended that I have my insurance come check the roof. The roof definitely needed replacing and Michael and his team did a great job. They work directly off the insurance estimate and used the GAF Timberline shingles and other components so you will have a 50 year warranty. Michael is very professional and straight forward to work with.

Some other neighbors had their roof replaced by one of the storm chaser roofing companies and the quality of the shingles used by their roofer are much lower quality than what Wolfpack used. You can definitely tell a difference in the quality of the shingles used just by looking at the roof

I just got a new roof put on by Wolfpack Roofing and could not be more pleased with the results. Michael Boy the owner came and met with my wife and I and went through the entire process with us and answered all of our questions. When we were having a hard time with color choices he took the time to send examples of other homes with the colors we were looking at to help narrow down our choice. At no time was he pushy like many of the storm chaser roofing companies out there. Now on to the crew he sent out, they worked hard and were there from first light in the morning till the sun went down for two days. I was extremely impressed with the pride they take in their work. I consider myself pretty demanding in details and could find nothing they did that was remotely questionable be it the amount of old rotted decking they had to replace due to improperly done work when the house was new, the sharp lines they cut where the roofing met the edge of an eave, or the painting of all the vents. To finish it off they tried to inconvenience my family as little as possible and did a great job with the cleanup. I would use them again in the future and will recommend them going forward to my friends and family.

Would like to give a shout out to Michael Bay And Wolfpack Roofing. Great service, and fast! (especially since they beat the rains that came later that day.) It's been a month since the repairs have been complete and tested with some weather. Happy to report: all good - thx Michael!

Michael provided me with a detailed estimate of the project to replace my 20 year old roof and repair the associated trim/rain gutters. Quick disclaimer: Wolfpack hasn't done any work for me YET, but here's why I'm happy to give 5 stars: My wife and I were in the option period for a house purchase (the deal eventually fell through, hence the disclaimer above). Not knowing anything about roofing, I searched the internet and finally decided to give Mike, the owner, a call to get a quote for the repairs the home inspector suggested. I was impressed by his website and the valuable information he provided on there about roofing technicalities. I just felt like this guy really knew his stuff but also liked that he was willing to teach. Long story less long, he was just as knowledgeable (and friendly) on the phone. He took the time to look over the inspection report during the call and help determine which repairs we really needed versus which ones seemed overblown by the inspector or just didn't make sense to worry about in the short-term from a financial standpoint. He met my wife at the house a day later to verify his quote, and she got the same treatment, as did my realtor when they spoke over the phone. Being that I work in sales but also pride myself on doing my job with integrity even when I know I COULD take advantage of people, this guy gets all of my respect for being a straight shooter. I saved his number, and he's definitely our go-to for any roofing needs in the future.

Called several roofing companies, and not one even paid attention to us. Wolfpack Roofing was very quick to respond to a random request on facebook. They showed up when they said they would, and fixed the issue for a fraction of the price previously quoted and charged for the same issue. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is having roof issues.

It is the second time I'm calling Wolfpack. Both time, owner Michael Boy was super responsive and helpful. First time, was a false alert on our side and we didn't need any repairs but Michael still took the time to look at everything, take pictures and explain the state of the roof and future needs. Second time, our satellite dish had detached and revealed some rotten wood under the damaged shingles. While waiting for the insurance guy to come and assess, Michael covered the hole with a neat temporary patch since heavy rain was In the forecast. As soon as we were ready for repairs, the crew came back, did the repairs and hauled the old satellite dish away. It was efficient, neat and quick. All and all, I'm quite happy!

We have a commercial building in south Austin that we purchased less than 3yrs ago. The company that did the roofing originally was supposed to continue to service the location, however, they became unresponsive. So, we tried contacting 3 other roofing companies with 4+ Star Ratings on Google. Each said they would send someone out within 24hrs, however nobody ever showed from any of the companies. Had just about given up hope of finding a reputable roofing company, but saw an ad for Wolfpack Roofing online. I reached out they had someone out to property same day as it was raining and wanted to see where the leak was. They took photos and sent a detailed email about what needed to be done and timeline. Even though my boss took several days to approve the work, Wolfpack was still able to get out before the next rain and fixed everything up. Wolfpack even meet with my boss at the location to show work completed. Thank you Wolfpack Roofing for being quick, efficient, and affordable. As I've already said to you, y'all are our go-to roofers now for all our properties.

Michael did a great job of getting me an accurate quote for a somewhat complex roof repair. I not only needed new shingle but also a fairly substantial chimney repair. Going through the process of finding a roofing contractor can be tiresome, but once I met Michael, I knew I could trust him and he would treat me fairly. He was enthused about the job. He communicated clearly with through the process. The day the work was being done, I received minimal disruption to my day. Michael inspected the work to make sure it was done properly. We had such a good experience, we're now having Wolfpack Roofing install gutters for us.

Michael made this whole process so smooth and easy! We were in the middle of buying a new home and needed a second opinion on the roof and if there were repairs needed. Michael was at the house within an hour of calling. He walked the whole roof explaining what he saw and thought needed to be done. He crawled up into the attic to make sure that there was no existing water damage. In the end it was his recommendation that the roof be replaced. On the day of delivery for the roof material Michael was there making sure that the job was handled properly and that safety was on everyone's minds. My new roof is perfect! It. Is so pretty and with the big rain storm that we had I slept with confidence that there would be no rain coming in. I have already recommended Wolfpack to everyone!
