Wolfpack Roofing & Exteriors is built a little differently than most roofing companies in Austin.

I run the entire process myself, from the first inspection to the final walkthrough. No handoffs to salespeople or crews you’ve never met. You’re dealing with me the whole way through.

And when it comes to the work, it’s not a revolving door of crews. Each trade has one trusted specialist. Same guy doing gutters. Same guy doing repairs. Same crew installing roofs. These are people I’ve worked with for years, and I trust they’ll do it right.

That’s where the name comes from.

It’s not “lone wolf.” It’s Wolfpack. Everyone involved—me, the crews, even you—we’re all part of it. And the leader of a wolfpack isn’t out front. He’s in the back, making sure everyone’s good.

That’s how I run this.

The goal isn’t to sell you a roof. It’s to figure out what’s actually going on, explain it clearly, and make sure it’s handled the right way. That’s part of leading from the back. Making sure nothing gets missed. Making sure you’re taken care of.

I reached out to Wolfpack Roofing after reading countless positive reviews in my neighborhood Facebook group. Our exterior stucco had cracked and, unknown to us, it had been leaking for a long time. Michael reached out the next morning and came by our house the same day to take a look. He was prompt, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He had a quote to us within 24hrs and we approved the work. Stucco can be tricky in the Texas climate and it’s a lot more “art” than we ever expected. His crew got right to work, documented everything clearly, and Michael checked in regularly throughout the project. The work was done quickly and, from everything I can tell, at the highest quality. We encountered a few minor issues along the way, and Michael proactively identified each item and addressed them at no additional cost to us. When was the last time you worked with a business owner who pointed out something that didn’t meet their standard and took care of it, no questions asked? Exceptionally rare.
