What Austin Homeowners Say About Wolfpack Roofing & Exteriors

I was extremely pleased with the work done by Wolfpack Roofing and my experience with its owner Michael Boy and his outstanding work crews. Michael provided me with a detailed estimate of the project to replace my 20 year old roof and repair the associated trim/rain gutters. His people arrived on time, worked diligently and left the site clear of any debris. I do not hesitate to recommend Wolfpack. And the pricing was very reasonable.

Reached out to Wolfpack for an inspection, Michael was extremely responsive and easy to schedule with. He came out, spoke with us, and was great at explaining what we were concerned about. Luckily we didn’t need a repair, but if we ever do it’ll be 100% Wolfgang! The customer service spoke volumes!

I had a great experience recently with Wolfpack Roofing and Exteriors for gutter installation and repair. Easy communication and appointment setting, a thorough walk around and examination of the gutter issues the house was experiencing and some creative problem solving and easy tweaking, which resulted in me not having to replace an entire section. The work estimate was very reasonable, as was getting the project scheduled. The work crew was nice, professional and clean. They were well informed about the work they’d be doing and Michael checked in during the project and afterwards for a final look at the completed work. All of the recent rain has tested the gutters and everything is working well, which is so much better than before! I had existing gutters rehung to correct the slope, a downspout relocation, a new long gutter and downspout installed where the house had never had one before and a tricky roof corner fixed that used to always overflow. Gutters aren’t the most exciting of home projects, but when it’s pouring outside it’s so nice to have rainwater going where it’s supposed to and not eroding everything around the house.

These guys are great. Quick turnaround no hassle right price. My go to

I would recommend this roofing company above all others. Excellent service with top notch quality. Looking for a new roof replacement or any repairs? This should be your first choice. I can’t recommend them enough!

I was referred to Wolfpack Roofing and had an excellent experience from start to finish. After submitting a request through their website, I was contacted the same day, and Michael was able to come out for an inspection the very next day.

We had an active roof leak that was causing water to come through our ceiling, so we were understandably concerned. Michael performed a thorough inspection, quickly identified the source of the problem, and provided a very fair and reasonable quote.

What impressed me most was how quickly they were able to help. His team completed the repair the very next day and did a great job. Throughout the process, Michael was professional, responsive, and easy to work with.

I highly recommend Wolfpack Roofing and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Wolfpack Roofing did an excellent job on my roof installation. Michael and his team were professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. The installation went smoothly and was completed very quickly. Highly recommend them in Austin!

Wonderful company. They’ve helped us take care of our whole campus at Wizard Academy and Chapel Dulcinea. We had leaks and they fixed them. Honest and upfront business and would suggest to anyone.

Michael with Wolfpack Roofing & Exteriors helped me out in a jiffy when I had a faulty vent seal in the attic that opened up during the spring rains. He was able to inspect and have it fixed within 24 hours. He went above and beyond and nailed down other areas that could potentially lift, so I don't need to wonder if / when that could be a problem in the future.

As importantly, I felt valued and understood even though I was way out of my element. He was a pleasure to work with - highly recommend!

Truly exceptional experience! Michael came out to my house the same day and fixed our issue within a couple of hours. He is extremely honest and trustworthy. I will use him moving forward for any roofing repairs and recommend him to everyone!

Michael and Wolfpack Roofing are amazing. They came highly recommended by our neighbors and they exceeded expectations when they helped with our roof repair claim. We had some hail damage and our roof needed replacing. Michael made it easy to understand insurance process, did an amazing job communicating with the insurance company, and did an excellent job with the roof replacement. We recently had some weather related damage and once again, Michael and his team responded quickly and my roof is repaired quickly and at a great price. Amazing experience. A great reminder why all my neighbors recommend them for roofing needs.

Great communication. Honest and trustworthy information and advice. On time work completion. Excellent quality. Spic and span cleanup. Highly recommend!

I reached out to Wolfpack Roofing after reading countless positive reviews in my neighborhood Facebook group. Our exterior stucco had cracked and, unknown to us, it had been leaking for a long time.

Michael reached out the next morning and came by our house the same day to take a look. He was prompt, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He had a quote to us within 24hrs and we approved the work.

Stucco can be tricky in the Texas climate and it’s a lot more “art” than we ever expected. His crew got right to work, documented everything clearly, and Michael checked in regularly throughout the project. The work was done quickly and, from everything I can tell, at the highest quality.

We encountered a few minor issues along the way, and Michael proactively identified each item and addressed them at no additional cost to us. When was the last time you worked with a business owner who pointed out something that didn’t meet their standard and took care of it, no questions asked? Exceptionally rare.

Highly recommend this company and the owner, Michael. You’re in good hands with Wolfpack.

I highly recommend Wolfpack Roofing. After hail damage a few years ago, we contracted Wolfpack Roofing to replace our damaged shingles. They did good work, and that would normally be the end of the story. Almost 2 years later we noticed a leak in the roof. First I contacted my insurance carrier, who sent an estimator who was unable to determine the cause, and wrote up a repair estimate that was less than my deductible, so no help there. Next, I contacted Michael at Wolfpack, and he sent someone out to have a look. They suspected that a hole caused by corrosion in a cricket up against a bell tower could be the cause. They patched the hole and recommended to wait and see if that fixed it. They did this at no charge and asked me to let them know after the next rain. That told me that they were with me and would stay and make sure it got fixed. I'll save you the rest of the story and skip to the end - Wolfpack Roofing came out, identified the leaks and repaired them promptly for a reasonable price. The leaks were not caused by them, it was because of solder joints that broke in the crickets. I have worked with roofing companies a number of times in my lifetime. Some are good, and some are not. Wolfpack is one of the good ones!

Wolfpack responded immediately to my call and came out to assess my roof and provide an on the spot estimate, which was reasonable, supported with photos, and a military discount. We scheduled a repair date yet they called me back and offered to bump it up several days. Great customer service and a great job (again supported with photos). Highly recommend.

We were referred to Michael and had a great experience! He's easy to work with, straightforward, and does what he says he'll do.

SHORT VERSION – We contracted Wolkpack to replace our homes roof, paint the exterior, and install additional gutters. Prior to starting work, Michael walked through each job scope with his crews on site to ensure that everything was clear. He also checked routinely on the progress which went smoothly and in line with the schedule we agreed. We observed Michael has very good relationships with his crews and they seemed to be genuinely happy to work with him. He is transparent, prompt, and his crews craftmanship is excellent. We highly recommend their services.

MORE INFORMATION - Our family has been a neighbor to Michael’s family since 2013. Over the last 9 years Michael has always been honest, genuine, friendly, and willing to help. Several years ago I was out of town when our roof began leaking. My wife called him and without hesitation he came over while it was still raining and climbed on a high angle roof to install a temporary patch. He then had his crew come over the next day to install a permanent repair. Afterwards Michael explained how the leak was typical from the type of roof vent we had, and how it had been rotting the plywood over a long period of time. His crew spoke to my wife about other issues they observed while performing the repair which we should keep an eye on. There was no pressure from them to do further work.

We have watched Michaels crews install all of the new roofs in our cul-de-sac (6 out of 9) and a great many roofs in our neighborhood. We often noted how well Michael worked with his crews who are friendly and efficient. Additionally, the quality of the craftsmanship is excellent.

This year after noticing several areas of our roofs had rotted plywood, we decided it was time to replace the 2006 original construction roof. Our neighbor had just contracted WolfPack to replace their roof and paint their home exterior. As always it looked great and only took 2-3 days. I spoke with that neighbor and he explained how great Michael was to work with.

Later that evening, I texted Michael and we set up a time the following day for him to come by. He arrived promptly on time to discuss with us the issues specific to our home roof age, materials, and design. This is what I like most about Michael, I do a lot of DIY work and so I appreciate that Michael is very willing to explain technical details of his work. He understands the balance of cost verse performance and openly discussed it with us. He has certain standards (such as peak roof vents) which he sets as his minimum standard bc of their reliability he has learned over his many years of experience.

Michael discussed the process of filing an insurance claim if we wished to. He mentioned that we needed to be aware that if the claim was declined then the insurance company would have on record that we had a roof condition issue which might affect future coverage/claims. He was very open that it was possible an insurance claim would be declined. We were successful at getting our roof repair covered by insurance in part due the information provided by Wolfpack regarding the roof damage.

Drew arrived within an hour of my initial contact and promptly assessed the condition of my roof. Rather than pushing for their services, he provided candid insights and valuable suggestions. Drew went above and beyond by assisting with a temporary patch to mitigate the situation until I could address it more comprehensively. I'm genuinely impressed by his professionalism, honesty, and kindness.

I first contacted Michael and Wolfpack Roofing about shingles that had been blown off by high winds. Without any guarantee of my business, Michael sent someone over to install a tarp—free of charge—in less than an hour to ensure I didn’t get a leak.

Although I contacted other highly rated roofing companies to do a roof replacement due to hail damage, Michael’s professionalism, responsiveness, knowledge, honesty, and friendliness stood out. Over several calls, texts, and emails, he walked me through the claims process, helped me understand the roofing system he would install, never pressured me, and most importantly, followed through with his promises at every stage.

The Wolfpack team that replaced our roof showed up on time, protected our property, worked in an efficient and organized way, and seemed to really enjoy their work. The new roof looks great and our neighbors think so too!

Even after the install, Michael helped me with an insurance issue even though its outcome made no difference to his bottom line.

Without hesitation, I would recommend Michael and Wolfpack Roofing for any roofing needs.

I can not say enough positive things about Michael Boy and Wolfpack Roofing. He and his team were extremely responsive and professional throughout the process. Michael communicated with us on an ongoing basis and the quality and professionalism of his team were beyond reproach. Not only did they install an awesome metal roof, new gutters, downspouts and leaf guards but they also repaired some of the plywood that had rotted and also repaired soffits and fascia that had been destroyed by raccoons and winter weather. They were here when they said they would be and worked long hours to beat the rain in installing the roof and new gutters and downspouts. I had multiple bids for the roof and Michael and his expertise and desire to keep us in the loop were outstanding. I can't imagine any other company coming close to the customer care that Wolfpack Roofing models and lives. His ethics are outstanding and I refer him without any reservations.

Michael and team are very professional and they know what they are doing. Michael explains the issues very clearly and gives options to address the problem. He recommends the best solution out of the options and makes the decision making very easy for the home owner. They are very prompt in response and keeps their schedule. All the transactions are online and through email. It is all very easy! Thanks Michael for the roof replacement and making the entire process very easy for us.

I really appreciate the consultation. I was provided with before and after pictures of my roof. They were very professional, timely and left a clean work area. There wasn’t a hard sell and I appreciate how they went over everything step by step of what was going to happen. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

Quick response and quality work. Would use this company again if needed.

Working with Wolfpack made our roof replacement easy and the work was of the highest quality. We were so impressed that we recommended Michael and his crew to several friends and family members, who ended up being very happy as well. Based on our experience we highly recommend Wolfpack and plan to take them up on some of their other services as well.

Fast and perfect repairs to my roof!

Probably the most ethical company in the construction business in all of Austin! Having remodeled an entire single family home, Michael was easily the most ethical and transparent operator I've come across (and I've come across some other good contractors as well).

Michael and his team did an amazing job with our roof. We had a leakage. I had lot of companies come and take a look. Michael was the only one who was kind enough to do a temporary fix so that rain does not damage our house. His quote was also best. On the actual day of roof repair, his team came on time and did an incredible job.

We realized our roof was beyond repair and reached out to 5 roofers for a quote for roof replacement. I also researched GAF architectural shingles and decided to go with a GAF-certified roofing company. I am very glad we found Wolfpack roofing, they are honest, professional, and do great quality work. Not only did we get the shingles we wanted, their quote was the best we received out of 5 quotes. Another company that also provided us a quote tried to get us to sign up with them by lying about a leak in our ceiling. Wolfpack roofing was honest and transparent from start to finish. The job was completed on time and our roof looks great and will hopefully last us for many years to come. They're the real deal, and I highly recommend Wolfpack roofing, you won't be disappointed.

We needed a job done quickly. Wolfpack Roofing completed the job and went above and beyond to meet our time restraints. We were very thankful to have such a positive experience and would highly recommend them!

GREAT company. They did a really thorough job every time i used them, and made an effort to figure out problems. Will use them every time.

They were excellent. did a great job in a short time. I highly recommend them.

Michael and his team were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. They were responsive, on time, extremely informative and helpful, and professional. Our new roof looks great. We could not have asked for a better team to replace our roof! We will be using Wolfpack Roofing for all of our future roofing needs.

Michael did a great job of getting me an accurate quote for a somewhat complex roof repair. I not only needed new shingle but also a fairly substantial chimney repair. The contractor crew were on time and did great work. Communication throughout the process was very smooth and responsive. Would definitely recommend

Michael made this whole process so smooth and easy! We were in the middle of buying a new home and needed a second opinion on the roof and if there were repairs needed. Michael was at the house within an hour of calling. He walked the whole roof explaining what he saw and thought needed to be done. He crawled up into the attic to make sure that there was no existing water damage. In the end it was his recommendation that the roof be replaced. On the day of delivery for the roof material Michael was there making sure that the job was handled properly and that safety was on everyone’s minds. My new roof is perfect! It. Is so pretty and with the big rain storm that we had I slept with confidence that there would be no rain coming in. I have already recommended Wolfpack to everyone!

I met Michael the owner of Wolfpack through a neighbor. We were talking about hail damaged roofs in our neighborhood. He recommended that I have my insurance come check the roof. The roof definitely needed replacing and Michael and his team did a great job. They work directly off the insurance estimate and used the GAF Timberline shingles and other components so you will have a 50 year warranty. Michael is very professional and straight forward to work with.

Some other neighbors had their roof replaced by one of the storm chaser roofing companies and the quality of the shingles used by their roofer are much lower quality than what Wolfpack used. You can definitely tell a difference in the quality of the shingles used just by looking at the roof.

I just got a new roof put on by Wolfpack Roofing and could not be more pleased with the results. Michael Boy the owner came and met with my wife and I and went through the entire process with us and answered all of our questions. When we were having a hard time with color choices he took the time to send examples of other homes with the colors we were looking at to help narrow down our choice. At no time was he pushy like many of the storm chaser roofing companies out there. Now on to the crew he sent out, they worked hard and were there from first light in the morning till the sun went down for two days. I was extremely impressed with the pride they take in their work. I consider myself pretty demanding in details and could find nothing they did that was remotely questionable be it the amount of old rotted decking they had to replace due to improperly done work when the house was new, the sharp lines they cut where the roofing met the edge of an eave, or the painting of all the vents. To finish it off they tried to inconvenience my family as little as possible and did a great job with the cleanup. I would use them again in the future and will recommend them going forward to my friends and family.

Working with Wolfpack Roofing was the best decsion we could have made. They were exceptionally professional and detailed, making sure that we understood all aspects of the project and scope of work. Michael was a true advocate for us in balancing our budget without compromise on quality and service. Highly Reccomend them - on all aspects.

From quote to clean-up, Michael and his team over-delivered for us. You really must have a trustworthy partner when managing such a consiquencial decison like a new roof. Respectful, honest, and comitted to the highest qulaity product - Wolfpack Roofing is THE choice.

True to the estimate! Michael Boy & The Wolfpack crew were professional, fast & on-time. I think from start to finish was 3 days. New roof looks great. Very pleased with our experience.

They were ONLY roofer to respond and come out same day. Very professional and made sure to find problem and fix it asap. Looking forward to doing future business with them!

These guys are really the best in the Business. We had a lot of roofing companies in our neighborhood after a hail storm back in May and the job that Michael and his guys did for us is far and away the best I have seen. They took their time to find the real problems with our roof and not just sell us a new one but really cared about the work they did. Will recommend Wolfpack roofing to everyone I know!

Called several roofing companies, and not one even paid attention to us. Wolfpack Roofing was very quick to respond to a random request on facebook. They showed up when they said they would, and fixed the issue for a fraction of the price previously quoted and charged for the same issue. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is having roof issues.

Had a great experience working with with them! Highly recommend.

Michael and his team are extremely reliable, provide excellent workmanship, and communicate with a precision and responsiveness unlike any other contractor I've met before. If you want to make sure to get your roofing job done right the first time with impeccable customer service, while meeting some great people at the same time, Wolfpack Roofing can't be beat.

We have a commercial building in south Austin that we purchased less than 3yrs ago. The company that did the roofing originally was supposed to continue to service the location, however, they became unresponsive. So, we tried contacting 3 other roofing companies with 4+ Star Ratings on Google. Each said they would send someone out within 24hrs, however nobody ever showed from any of the companies.

Had just about given up hope of finding a reputable roofing company, but saw an ad for Wolfpack Roofing online. I reached out they had someone out to property same day as it was raining and wanted to see where the leak was. They took photos and sent a detailed email about what needed to be done and timeline. Even though my boss took several days to approve the work, Wolfpack was still able to get out before the next rain and fixed everything up. Wolfpack even meet with my boss at the location to show work completed.

Thank you Wolfpack Roofing for being quick, efficient, and affordable. As I've already said to you, y'all are our go-to roofers now for all our properties.

It is the second time I'm calling Wolfpack. Both time, owner Michael Boy was super responsive and helpful. First time, was a false alert on our side and we didn't need any repairs but Michael still took the time to look at everything, take pictures and explain the state of the roof and future needs. Second time, our satellite dish had detached and revealed some rotten wood under the damaged shingles. While waiting for the insurance guy to come and assess, Michael covered the hole with a neat temporary patch since heavy rain was In the forecast. As soon as we were ready for repairs, the crew came back, did the repairs and hauled the old satellite dish away. It was efficient, neat and quick. All and all, I'm quite happy!

Great job! Very knowledgeable and took a balanced and economical approach to my roof repair exercising good judgment. Will definitely hire again!

Very professional, worked with my schedule, delivered everything he promised. Very easy to work with. I really recommend him for your roofing jobs.

Wolfpack Roofing does much more than roofing. Did a great job for us on several projects, including tree trimming, gutter repair, stucco repair, and painting. Highly recommend.

Second time I’ve used Wolfpack roofing. This time for gutters. Just as great as the first. It is great when you find someone who treats your home as if it we’re theirs. I’ve already recommended them to several friends

I had missing shingles and a leak. Michael responded to my call quickly and thoroughly explained my roofing issues and options. We decided on a repair. The job was completed on time, neatly and at a fair price. Michael also provided great information for future needs but was never high pressure. I will definitely call on Wolfpack for any roofing needs in the future.

Michael has been very flexible and patient working with us. He was able to help solve and fix our roofing problems and work with our budget. While he had planned to do our roof on a Friday, he contacted us to get the work done even earlier. He explained the work that needed to be done and has been very professional and easy to work with through the entire process of fixing our roof. I highly recommend this business, and we plan to continue having our roofing needs met through Michael and his company in the future. Very impressed!!!

Roof repair was done on time as promised, workers were professional and cleaned up after work was done. Price was as stated during the estimate.

When my neighbor pointed out that I had shingle damage from a recent wind/rain storm. I was excited to find out that Michael’s company, Wolfpack Roofing, could do the work. I have known Michael for over 10 years and have high confidence in his ability to do quality work at a fair price.

As I expected, Wolfpack delivered. I recommend Wolfpack for simple roof repairs or full roof replacement.

We would highly recommend Wolfpack roofing. Michael and Andrew were a joy to work with. They are extremely responsive, honest and fair. They showed us pictures and explained all their recommendations and took care of everything we asked for (and then some) In a timely and professional manner. After recently waiting weeks for some other contractors to call me back, lack of follow through etc working with Wolfpack was a breathe of fresh air.

Our yard is filled with beautiful live oaks that had not been kept prior to us moving in three years ago. Wolfpack Roofing came in and walked through discussing the condition of each tree, where trimming would be needed, and detailed suggestions. Due to the large quantity of trees in our yard this was not an easy task, but Wolfpack didn’t didn’t treat it as such and even gave us a quick response time and completion of the project. We were extremely happy with the quality of service and will definitely use them again for future tree trims.

Quick disclaimer: Wolfpack hasn’t done any work for me YET, but here’s why I’m happy to give 5 stars:

My wife and I were in the option period for a house purchase (the deal eventually fell through, hence the disclaimer above).

Not knowing anything about roofing, I searched the internet and finally decided to give Mike, the owner, a call to get a quote for the repairs the home inspector suggested. I was impressed by his website and the valuable information he provided on there about roofing technicalities. I just felt like this guy really knew his stuff but also liked that he was willing to teach.

Long story less long, he was just as knowledgeable (and friendly) on the phone. He took the time to look over the inspection report during the call and help determine which repairs we really needed versus which ones seemed overblown by the inspector or just didn’t make sense to worry about in the short-term from a financial standpoint.

He met my wife at the house a day later to verify his quote, and she got the same treatment, as did my realtor when they spoke over the phone.

Being that I work in sales but also pride myself on doing my job with integrity even when I know I COULD take advantage of people, this guy gets all of my respect for being a straight shooter. I saved his number, and he’s definitely our go-to for any roofing needs in the future.

I really appreciated Michael coming by and assisting me when the roof inspector came by to evaluate the damage. He went through the walk thru and faught for anything that could have been damaged in the storm. He even got the inspector to consider added cost for new code that the inspector wasn't anticipating. I like Wolfpack because they are professional, fair, and punctual. I had a good experience.

Very professional and responsive. Delivered what was promised in a timely manner. Highly recommend Wolfpack Roofing services.

I have known Michael for several years. He is efficient, detail-oriented, honest and dependable. He is extremely organized, and never misses a deadline. Michael has an excellent rapport and communication skills with people of all ages. He is an enthusiastic leader who maintains high professionalism. I highly recommend Michael and Wolfpack Roofing!

Michael and his team fixed what needed to be fixed. In the past I had other roofers search for a leak that was unfindable by others. Michael was able to locate the problem and fix it. We just had three inches of heavy rain and winds and all dry! Other roofers wanted to do lots of unneeded work. Wolfpack fixed what needed fixing. I am now part of the pack. Thanks!

Wolfpack Roofing came to the rescue during a rainstorm which had cause a leak on my rooftop. Excellent job was completed in a timely manner. We will use them for future work, highly recommended.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. It was immediately clear at our first meeting that we were getting informed, professional recommendations for a job that would be done right. Very competitive pricing, fast service and a quality job with supervision to make sure everything was on track. Can replacing your gutters be a pleasure? Strangely, yes it can!

This company was so great to work with. Responsible and did not try to pressure us into more expensive options. The repairs we needed done were handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally. It was such a relief. I would definitely suggest using Wolfpack to neighbors and friends.

Great experience. I would definitely use them again. Michael was great to work with.

They are the best they came out to look at my problem then fixed the issue that day . Rain was on the way and they were out there in the dark repairing my roof so no additional damage would happen. It was a small job but they made me feel like even the small jobs matter and thats very hard to find these days . These guys are great I will call them back to replace the roof soon

Owner was on site at the most important stages, clearly communicated everything, very personable, stayed on top of everything. Great balance of quality and budget. Really easy to work with. Finished results looked amazing.

Wolfpack Roofing was amazing! They patched up my roof and replaced my gutters. They were kind, clean, efficient and handled any questions we had quickly. Thank you guys!

Wolfpack offered us the most incredible home improvement experience that we’ve had yet! The team worked diligently and fast, and correspondence with the roofer, Michael was a breeze. Our new roof looks stunning! All of our neighbors have been asking for our roofer’s info and we’ve been excited to share the wealth!
